Professional Experience:
Mr. Ng is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibbs, Giden, Locher, Turner & Senet LLP where his areas of practice are commercial, construction and business litigation.
Mr. Ng represents business and governmental entities in a wide range of business and construction disputes. He specializes in successfully resolving such disputes in a cost-effective manner through prelitigation negotiation, mediation, arbitration and trial.
Mr. Ng is a member of the State Bar of California and is licensed to practice in all California state and federal courts. He is an active member of the American Bar and the Los Angeles County Bar Associations. Mr. Ng is an educator as an Associate Professor of Business Law at the School of Business and Economics at California State University, Northridge where he teaches subjects including Contracts, Intentional Torts, Negligence, Civil Procedure and Alternate Dispute Resolution. Mr. Ng is also an active speaker and a published author. He is a frequent contributor to several national publications on a wide variety of topics including legal, technology, financial, and health and wellness.
Mr. Ng earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law, cum laude, in 2001. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from California State University, Northridge, magna cum laude, in 1998.
