Tomas A. Kuehn is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Gibbs, Giden, Locher, Turner & Senet LLP.  He is an experienced attorney in both litigation and transactional work in the areas of commercial, construction, business, real estate and bankruptcy creditors' rights.  Mr. Kuehn represents various entities within the construction industry, including owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors and material suppliers. He has extensive experience in representing commercial distributors in a wide variety of matters, including litigation, contractual and real estate cases. Mr. Kuehn is a member of the State Bar of California, and he is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Central District of California and all California State courts. He is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. Mr. Kuehn is a speaker and a published author. He is fluent in the German language. Mr. Kuehn earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1999, where he was on the Dean's Honors List and he was a Pepperdine Law Review member. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Santa Barbara, cum laude, in 1995.
